Common questions
How much does custom design cost?
Every project is different — it depends on complexity. Send us what you've got and we'll give you a clear quote before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Simple parts: a few days. Complex designs with prototyping: 1–2 weeks. We'll give you a timeline with your quote.
Do I get the design files?
Yes — you own the final STL files for anything we design for you.
Can you fix my Bambu printer by mail?
Yes. Ship it to our Woodbury shop, we diagnose it, and send it back working — or walk you through the fix if it's simple.
